Role-playing on low tech machines is an unforgettable experience, albeit probably difficult to regress back to if you’ve been accustomed to animation, sprawling 3D worlds and cooperation (MMOs or otherwise).
Back in the day I only had the two Might and Magic titles (Secret of the Inner Sanctum and Gates to Another World), Ultima V – Warriors of Destiny, Wasteland and Champions of Krynn. I still play these and hope to find the time to gain the in-depth knowledge of all the others (Ultima IV, Bard’s Tale, Questron II, Dungeon Master, Dragon Wars, and Legacy of the Ancients). I’ll be building up this website as I do, all the while continuing progress on my own titles.
